Gunter’s Landing operates as a semi-private club-taking tee times Tuesday-Sunday. The Steven DeBoer Golf Academy can handle all of your golfing needs from equipment to digital video instruction. A full scale practice facility offering range putting green, chipping green and sand bunker allows golfers to hone their skills before and after their rounds. Unmatched in the North Alabama area, the Teaching Facility located on the left side of the practice range, this facility can be used year round no matter what the weather conditions.
Practice Range/Short Game Area
Gunter’s Landing offers a full service practice facility featuring our practice range and putting green area located near the clubhouse. The nine acre short game area is located in a valley below the pool and offers golfers of all levels an opportunity to work on all aspects of their game. The two hole facility is a perfect place for the beginning golfer to the experienced golfer.
Players are required to wear appropriate golf attire. “Collared Shirts Only.”
Tee Shirts and Tank Tops are not allowed.
U.S.G.A. rules govern play unless modified by local rules.
- All Players must register before play.
- Shoes with soft spikes are required.
- Obey cart path rules & signs at all times.
- Out of Bounds – White Stakes and Curbs
Water Hazard – Yellow Stakes
Lateral Hazard – Red Stakes
Yardage Markers – Marked sprinkler heads measured to center of the green.
